5 Left/Right Brain - This meditation helps you to shift your focus and attention from your left logical brain to the right creative brain and the gap in between. When we get ideas in our creative brain we need to be able to transfer that energy impulse across to our left logical brain, or if we have a problem we need to shift to our creative brain to find ideas and solutions.

6 Hum - Sound therapy for yourself. Humming is one of the best ways to uplift and brighten or energize yourself. We know that songs can trigger emotions, humming one of your favourite songs can be a catalyst for changing the energy in your body. Humming can be soothing, calming and healing too..
